The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your FedEx tracking number.
If order are made between Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday they will be shipped on the following Thursday
If orders are made between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday they will be shipped on the following Tuesday
We pack all shipments with what is necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must contact us and send very clear digital photos within 3 hours of delivery (Fedex posted time). Once we receive the digital photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag and out of bag and we conclude its a DOA we will issue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds, we only give credit toward future orders. Ocean's Coral is not responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex shipment to arrive late. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
In the event that a buyer does not contact Ocean's Coral in the specified 3 hour time frame, Ocean's Coral reserves the right to decline DOA coverage. BUYER MUST BE AT LOCATION TO RECEIVE DELIVERY, NOT DOING SO VOIDS ALL DOA COVERAGE. No exceptions or excuses, no credit without photo. No refunds or returns on Live purchases. Verified DOA’s will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). Once the livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions, so no warranty is implied past delivery.
